Due to the nature of collectible action figures and toys, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than those specified below.
Manufacturer Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (such as paint errors, broken joints, or missing accessories), please contact Hasbro directly through their customer service channels. As an authorized retailer, we sell factory-sealed products and cannot be held responsible for manufacturer quality control issues.
Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
