Shipping Information
At Roly's Toys, we are committed to getting your collectible action figures to you safely and efficiently. All products are shipped as received from Hasbro in their original manufacturer packaging.
Product Condition
Our figures are brand new and come directly from Hasbro in sealed cases. While the majority of items arrive in excellent condition, please note that minor box imperfections such as small dents, creases, or corner wear may occasionally occur during manufacturer shipping and handling. These cosmetic issues do not affect the figure inside. If you require mint condition packaging for grading purposes, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
All pre-order items in the same order will be shipped together once the last item becomes available. This ensures you receive your complete order in one shipment and helps minimize shipping costs.
Expected Arrival Dates: Each pre-order product listing includes an estimated arrival date. Your order will ship once all items have arrived at our warehouse.
Prefer Items Shipped as They Arrive? If you would like your pre-order items shipped individually as they become available, please contact us at rolando_avendano@icloud.com before placing your order, and we'll be happy to arrange separate shipments. Please note that separate shipping charges will apply to each shipment.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order): Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be split automatically - in-stock items ship immediately, and pre-order items ship when available. Separate shipping charges apply to each shipment.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders, primarily ICS and Canada Post. The specific carrier used for your order will be selected based on the most reliable and cost-effective option available at the time of shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Flat-rate shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Canada (Domestic): Typically 3-7 business days after shipment
- United States: Typically 5-10 business days after shipment
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your collectibles for safe transit. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
