All products sold by Roly's Toys are collectible action figures sourced directly from manufacturers such as Hasbro. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Product Condition

All products are brand new and shipped in their original manufacturer packaging as received from our suppliers. Minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging (such as small dents, creases, or corner wear) may occur during manufacturer shipping and handling. These do not affect the product inside and are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, rates, and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
