Pre-Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the item ships
  • Full refunds (including any deposit paid) will be issued for cancellations made before shipment
  • Once an item has shipped, our standard return policy applies
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation

How to Cancel:

To cancel a pre-order, please email us at rolando_avendano@icloud.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to cancel
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

We will confirm your cancellation via email and process your refund promptly.

Changes to Pre-Orders:

If you need to modify your pre-order (change shipping address, payment method, etc.), please contact us before the item ships. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
