The Cobra H.I.S.S. Tactician is an Early-Bird backer exclusive included with the G.I. Joe Classified Series Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank, the first-ever 6-inch scale H.I.S.S. vehicle crowdfunded through Hasbro’s HasLab platform. The campaign ended in August 2023 and was never available at retail.

This figure features a deco inspired by the designs of legendary G.I. Joe designer Ron Rudat — the very man who defined the look of the original G.I. Joe line. The Tactician’s distinctive black and orange colorway was chosen by backers after the campaign ended, making this one of the most unique and community-driven figures in the entire Classified Series.

This is an individually-boxed figure with its own original artwork and number in the G.I. Joe Classified Series sequence.
